Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate for influenza and its effect on levels of inflammatory factors. Methods: A total of 200 cases of patients with influenza were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate, and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine prescriptions based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment, the clinical effects, the regression time of symptoms and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 97.0% in the study group, higher than that of 81.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The regression time of cough, runny nose, fever and sore throat in the study group was earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, TNF- α and IL- 6 in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.0% in the study group and 8.0% in the control group, there being no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate for influenza has a significant clinical effect, and can help reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with high safety.
