Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Tongfu Qingzhuo Shuxin Recipe combined with Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods：A total of 100 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets，and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Tongfu Qingzhuo Shuxin Recipe. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated，and the levels of systemic vascular resistance (SVR)，plasma soluble CD105 (sCD105) and endothelin- 1 (ET- 1) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 84.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the levels of SVR，sCD105 and ET- 1 between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment， the levels of SVR， sCD105 and ET- 1 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the levels of SVR， sCD105 and ET- 1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of modified Tongfu Qingzhuo Shuxin Recipe combined with Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets can effectively improve the cardiovascular function of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease，reduce inflammation and enhance clinical effect.
