Abstract：Prof. CHEN Bojun believes that heart qi depletion is the initiating factor of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)，and its pathological basis is phlegm blended with stasis，whose key factor is the toxin injuring heart collaterals. The treatment should be tonifying heart qi，combing the method of unblocking with supplementing，eliminating phlegm and invigorating blood，harmonizing vessels and unblocking the collaterals，clearing heat and resolving toxin，so as to remove the cause of the disease；and besides， wind-dispelling medicines should be flexibly used. And the disease and syndrome should be combined and treated dynamically.
