Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yangwei Granules combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：A total of 50 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets，and the study group was additionally treated with Yangwei Granules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 92.00% in the study group， higher than that of 68.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of C- reactive protein(CRP)，interleukin- 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF-α) in serum between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α in serum in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Yangwei Granules combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for chronic atrophic gastritis can help control the development of inflammation and relieve gastric mucosal injury，with a significant curative effect.
