Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of auricular point seed- pressing assisting percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for myocardial infarction. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with myocardial infarction treated with PCI were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with auricular point seed-pressing based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment, the serological indicators, quality of life and heart function were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of hs- CRP and cTnT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of physical health problems(RP), bodily pain(BP), general health perceptions(GH) and emotional problems(RE) in SF- 36 scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the GH score in SF- 36 scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, left ventricular end- diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular end- systolic volume(LVESV) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was increased(P<0.05);LVEDV and LVESV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and LVEF was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular point seed- pressing improved the clinical effects of myocardial infarction patients after PCI,thereby increasing the cardiac ejection fraction, delaying the process of cardiac remodeling, and relieving the inflammatory reactions.
