Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with Loratadine Tablets for chronic perianal eczema. Methods：A total of 102 cases of patients with chronic perianal eczema were divided into the treatment group with 52 cases and the control group with 50 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was given the oral administration of Loratadine Tablets， and the treatment group was additionally given the external application of Fuzhiqing Ointment based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The recurrence rates after three months and six months of follow-up as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. The changes in symptom scores of skin lesions，disappearance time of symptoms and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of clinical effect was 98.08% in the treatment group and 86.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of skin lesion area， skin lesion morphology and pruritus degree in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the scores of skin lesion area，skin lesion morphology and pruritus degree in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the disappearance time of erythema，rash and exudate in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜ 0.05). After one week and two weeks of treatment， IgE levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05). The patients with effective treatment in the two groups were followed up in three and six months after treatment. The recurrence rates in three and six months after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The external application of Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with the oral administration of Loratadine Tablets for chronic perianal eczema has a significant clinical effect，and can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients， improve the cellular immune function of the body，and reduce the recurrence rate.
