Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Changgongneng Huifu tang combined with western medicine for tuberculous incomplete obstruction. Methods: A total of 89 cases of patients with tuberculous incomplete obstruction were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 44 and 45 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with modern medical basic therapy and enema with soap water, and the observation group was additionally treated with gastric tube injection and/or enema with Changgongneng Huifu Tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and recurrence rates within two months were compared between the two groups. In the two groups, the disappearance time of symptoms, the recovery time of exhaust and defecation, and the disappearance time of most of the airfluid levels were observed. Results:The disappearance time of symptoms, the recovery time of exhaust and defecation, and the disappearance time of most of the air- fluid levels in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.18% in the observation group and 84.44% in the control group, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). The recurrence rate was 10.53% in the control group and 0 in the observation group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Changgongneng Huifu Tang combined with western medicine can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and abdominal X-ray findings in tuberculous incomplete obstruction, advance the time of first exhaust and defecation, and reduce the incidence of obstruction within two months.
