The theory of "the kidney governs bone marrow，and bone marrow generates liver" in Huangdi Neijing has been constantly deepened and enriched since its inception， and constantly guides new research directions. Expounds the theory of “the liver and kidney are from the same source”， explains the etiology and pathogenesis of andrology diseases from the perspective of “the liver and kidney are from the same source”， and elaborates a series of methods to regulate the liver and the kidney， enlighten the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
