Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Jianpi Hewei Qingxian Tang combined with tacrolimus for erosive oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods:A total of 72 cases of erosive OLP patients were given retrospective analysis and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tacrolimus, and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Hewei Qingxian Tang based on tacrolimus. The clinical effects, the scores of symptoms and signs, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores, and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 97.2% in the observation group and 80.6% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of lesion areas and mucous hyperemia between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of lesion areas and mucous hyperemia in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). During treatment, there was no recurrence in the observation group and the recurrence rate was 13.8% in the control group, there being significance in the difference(P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion: Jianpi Hewei Qingxian Tang combined with tacrolimus has a significant curative effect in treating erosive OLP, and can effectively improve lesion areas and relieve mucous hyperemia and pain in the oral cavity with no recurrence and good safety.
