Abstract：Objective： To explore the administration rules of CUI Gongrang in treating digital gangrene based on traditional Chinese medical inheritance support system. Methods：A total of 179 effective cases of digital gangrene treated by CUI Gongrang from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected and entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system V2.5. The data mining methods such as rule analysis，improved mutual information method，complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to statistically analyze the administration rules. Results： By traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system V2.5， 179 medical cases of CUI Gongrang diagnosing and treating digital gangrene were analyzed. A total of 179 prescriptions and 101 kinds of Chinese medicines were obtained. The top ten high-frequency Chinese medicines were Angelicae Sinensis Radix，Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma，Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma，Spatholobi Caulis，Squama Manitis，Scrophulariae Radix，Lonicerae Japonicae Flos，Coicis Semen，Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma. Analysis shows that medicines are mostly sweet and warm，and the heart meridian and spleen meridian dominated in terms of meridian entry；the top three Chinese medicine combinations with high frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma- Angelicae Sinensis Radix，Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma- Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Spatholobi Caulis- Angelicae Sinensis Radix； the first three groups of couplet medicinals with strong correlation were Semen Sinapis- Ephedrae Herba， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Moutan Cortex，Scrophulariae Radix-Paeoniae Alba Radix；a total of 22 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions were obtained by clustering algorithm. Conclusion： CUI Gongrang takes the therapeutical principle of the location of the disease being in blood and regulating the collaterals during the treatment of digital gangrene， attaches great importance to blood stasis due to pathological factors， combines the complicated symptoms and syndromes， and adopts the methods of activating blood and resolving stasis，warming yang to dissipate cold，tonifying qi and blood，enriching yin and clearing heat and drying dampness and moving qi.
