Effect of Jiedu Yangyin Qingfei Tang Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Lung Function and Immune Function in Patients for Post-surgery of Early Lung Cancer
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of the therapy of Jiedu Yangyin Qingfei Tang combined with rehabilitation training on lung function and immune function in patients for post- surgery of early lung cancer. Methods:A total of 90 patients after surgery for early lung cancer were assigned to the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiedu Yangyin Qingfei Tang orally based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment,the lung function,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group, higher than that of 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05). Eight weeks after surgery,the maximum minute ventilation(MMV),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Eight weeks after surgery,the levels of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the control group were decreased when compared with those before surgery(P<0.05),the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were increased, and the level of CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were better than than in the control group(P<0.05). Eight weeks after surgery,each score of quality of life in the two groups was increased when compared with that before pre- surgery(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Jiedu Yangyin Qingfei Tang combined with rehabilitation training has a good curative effect on patients for post- surgery of early lung cancer,which can improve the lung function and enhance the immune function and quality of life.
