Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine prescription of ectopic pregnancy for unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 72 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method， with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine， and the study group was treated with western medicine and Chinese medicine prescription of ectopic pregnancy. Clinical effects， the time of symptom improvement， and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The levels of human chorionic gonadotropin β(β-HCG) in the blood in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： When compared with those in the same group before treatment，the levels of β- HCG in the blood after 4，7，and 14 days of treatment in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)；and the levels of β-HCG in the blood after 4，7，and 14 days of treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(P＜0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain， vaginal bleeding， gestational mass in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 94.44% in the study group， higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.11% in the study group，lower than that of 30.55% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Chinese medicine prescription of ectopic pregnancy exerts certain curative effect in treating unruptured ectopic pregnancy through effectively reducing the level of β- HCG and the incidence of adverse reactions， promoting the improvement of symptoms，and reducing adverse drug reactions.
