Abstract： Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation- Washing Powder combined with diosimine tablets on pain and edema after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods：A total of 72 patients who underwent surgery for mixed hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method，with 36 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine postoperative treatment of external stripping and internal ligation，the control group was treated with diosimin tablets after surgery，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation-Washing Powder combined with diosimine tablets. The treatment course of both groups was seven days. The score of perianal pain，the score of perianal edema and overall clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). On day three and day seven of postoperative treatment， the scores of perianal pain based on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before surgery (P＜0.05)， and the VAS score of perianal pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the same time point(P＜0.05). On day three and day seven of postoperative treatment，the scores of perianal edema in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before surgery (P＜0.05)，and the score of perianal edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the same time point(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation- Washing Powder combined with diosimine tablets can relieve perianal pain and perianal edema， and improve the clinical treatment effect.
