Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Bufei tang and Yangxin tang combined with walking training for chronic heart failure with heart-lung qi deficiency syndrome. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure with heart-lung qi deficiency syndrome were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment, the control group was additionally given walking training based on the routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Bufei tang and Yangxin tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Chinese medicine syndrome scores and heart function indexes before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the six-minute walking test (6MWT) was increased(P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was raised(P<0.05);the BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),6MWT was larger(P< 0.05),and LVEF was higher(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00% in the observation group and 6.67% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Bufei tang and Yangxin tang combined with walking training for patients with chronic heart failure with heart- lung qi deficiency syndrome can promote their rehabilitation of heart function and improve clinical symptoms,with good safety.
