Abstract：Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors in the digestive system，which seriously endangers human life and health. Tumor microenvironment is an important place for the occurrence and development of gastric cancer cells，which is closely related to the abnormal proliferation of gastric cancer cells. This paper systematically summarizes the interaction between tumor microenvironment and proliferation of gastric cancer cells， the understanding of Chinese medicine on gastric cancer microenvironment and the intervention mechanism of Chinese medicine. This paper expounds the research progress of Chinese medicine of reinforcing healthy qi and resolving toxin type in regulating tumor microenvironment and inhibiting the proliferation of gastric cancer cells by blocking cell cycle，inducing cell apoptosis， reducing energy supply， improving nutritional metabolism， regulating inflammatory environment，reversing immunosuppression and other ways，so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer with Chinese medicine.
