Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis type. Methods：A total of 102 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis obstruction type were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine，and the observation group was additionally treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills based on the treatment of the control group. After three courses of treatment， the clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment，the indexes of the heart function，hemorheology and lipid metabolism were compared， and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. Results： The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.20%，which was higher than 74.51% in the control group(P＜ 0.05). After treatment， the LVESD， LVEDD and QTd of the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the LVEF was higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05). The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the LVESD，LVEDD and QTd of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of HBV，MBV and LBV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of HBV，MBV and LBV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of TG， TC，LDL-C and apoA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the blood lipid metabolism indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with routine western medicine has a significant curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis obstruction type，which can improve the heart function and blood viscosity of patients and enhance their lipid metabolism.
