Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan tang combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets for mycotic vaginitis. Methods：A total of 140 cases of patients with mycotic vaginitis were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method， with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets， and the study group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets. The clinical effects and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of immunoglobulins，vaginal microbial indicators and inflammatory factors in vaginal secretion in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment， the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05)， and the disappearance time of pruritus vulvae， mucous hyperemia， vulvovaginal pain and Leucorrhea reduces time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of vaginal secretion including interleukin- 6(IL- 6)，interleukin- 13(IL- 13)，C-reactive protein(CRP)， tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α) and fungus， as well as Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of bacteroides，lactobacillus，immunoglobulin A(IgA)，immunoglobulin G(IgG) and immunoglobulin M(IgM) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Longdan Xiegan tang combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets for mycotic vaginitis can improve immune function and vaginal environment，and relieve inflammatory responses，with a significant curative effect.
