Abstract： Professor WANG Jihua has rich knowledge and experience， and has unique views on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis，he is skillful in using couplet medicinals including Radix et Rhizoma Asari- Ramulus Cinnamomi， Caulis Sinomenii- Herba Aristolochiae Mollissimae，Cortex Illicii-Rhizoma Homalomenae，Radix Cyathulae-Fructus Chaenomelis，Herba Epimedii- Rhizoma Curculiginis，Semen Cuscutae-Fructus Psoraleae，and Herba Cistanches-Rhizoma Polygonati. A medical case is attached to introduce experience of Professor WANG using couplet medicinals in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
