Abstract： Crohn's disease is closely related to deficiency， toxin， turbidity and stasis. The spleen deficiency is the root of the disease. When the disease lasts for a long time， it will affect the kidney. Pathogens of dampness，turbidity and heat are important factors of the disease. Blood stasis runs through the whole course of the disease； if the latent toxin remains unsolved， any changes in the disease may occur. In terms of treatment， strengthening the spleen and the kidney is the key. The whole treatment process should pay attention to drying dampness and resolving phlegm to smooth qi， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis；to prevent disease transmission，clearing heat and detoxifying is a choice.
