Effect of Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets Combined with Routine Chemotherapy on Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Surgery for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Abstract:Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets combined with routine chemotherapy on patients with non- small cell lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(at stageⅡa -Ⅱb) who received video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group was given chemotherapy with Changchun vinorelbine and cisplatin, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets based on the chemotherapy of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The quality of life, clinical effects and toxicity in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 54.29% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions, neurotoxicity, liver dysfunction and kidney dysfunction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but there was significant difference being found only in the comparison of the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets combined with routine chemotherapy for patients with non- small cell lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery can effectively improve their quality of life, enhance the clinical effect, and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy to a certain extent.
