Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingdu Buyi prescription on high- risk human papillomavirus(hr- HPV) infection and its effect on immune function of patients. Methods ： A total of 240 patients with hr-HPV infection of dampness-heat toxin accumulation and liver-kidney depletion type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α- 2b gel，and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingdu Buyi prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects，negative conversion rates of hr-HPV，DNA viral load of hr- HPV， scores of cervical lesions， Chinese medicine syndrome scores， levels of CD4 + and CD8 + and CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment， the total effective rate and negative conversion rate of hr- HPV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the DNA viral load of hr-HPV and scores of cervical lesions and Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were higher than those before treatment，the levels of CD8+ were lower；the improvement in immune indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Qingdu Buyi prescription combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel has a significant effect on hr-HPV infection，which can reduce the DNA viral load of hr-HPV and improve the immune function.
