Abstract：YANG Minchun believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is the imbalance of yin-yang conversion and the disharmony of viscera and bowels；the root is deficiency of spleen and kidney；the tip is binding of phlegm and blood stasis； and the key problem is inhibited lesser yang. The main treatment method is based on periodic sequential therapy，with both elimination and reinforcement as well as harmonizing yin and yang，regulating and treating viscera and bowels，and resolving stasis and eliminating phlegm simultaneously. Dispelling phlegm and resolving stasis is attached great importance to during the menstrual period，regulating qi and enriching yin during the post-menstruation period，and warming and soothing during the premenstrual period. Based on the application of Guizhi Fuling pills， Xuefu Zhuyu tang or Chaihu Shugan powder is combined for treatment in different stages. After clinical verification，the curative effect is satisfactory.
