Abstract： By analyzing the pathophysiological changes of Obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome with the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine，it can be seen that it is highly consistent with the characteristics of pathogenesis and syndrome proposed by the "stasis-heat theory"，so the theory can be used for syndrome differentiation， prescription and medication based on the current modern medical therapy and combined with the characteristics of pregnancy. According to the observation of clinical practice，the treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can alleviate the discomfort symptoms related to pregnancy and improve the success rate of fetal protection，which has the value of further exploration. A successful medical case of taking modified Xijiao Dihuang tang as the main prescription is attached，and the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the disease is summarized.
