Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingxin Zishen tang combined with FEC chemotherapy regiment (fluorouracil + cyclophosphamide + epirubicin) for breast cancer. Methods：A total of 90 cases of patients with breast cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FEC chemotherapy regiment，and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingxin Zishen tang based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets，blood routine and sex hormones before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 88.89% in the observation group，higher than that of 71.11% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ and the CD4+/CD8+ values in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the levels of CD3 + and CD4 + and the CD4 +/CD8 + value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of CD8 + levels between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the levels of white blood cell count(WBC)， hemoglobin(Hb)， blood platelet count(BPC) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；the levels of anti-m llerian hormone(AMH) and estrogen(E2) were increased (P＜0.05)；the levels of WBC，Hb，BPC，AMH and E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and FSH level was lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Qingxin Zishen tang combined with FEC chemotherapy regiment for breast cancer can improve clinical effect and immune function，and relieve ovarian suppression.
