Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Qingre prescription combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) with kidney deficiency and damp-heat syndrome. Methods:A total of 60 cases of CPID patients with kidney deficiency and damp- heat syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yishen Qingre prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Chinese medicine syndromes and the levels of inflammatory factors in serum before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group, higher than that of 76.67% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS and Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores of VAS and Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF- α) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P< 0.05);there were no significant differences being found in the comparison of the above four levels of inflammatory factors in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Yishen Qingre prescription combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets for CPID with kidney deficiency and damp-heat syndrome can improve the clinical effect, effectively improve clinical symptoms and relieve inflammatory response.
