Abstract：This paper aims at sorting out and analyzing the pulse，syndrome and treatment of Jueyin wind stroke. From the perspective of pathogenesis and prescriptions，Qianhu tang in Qianjin is excavated and analyzed in the comparison with Chaihu Guizhi tang. It is found that their pathogenesis is similar，and their formula structure and drug compositions are the same. That is，the two prescriptions correspond to each other and their pathogenesis is consistent. Furthermore，it is clear that the pathogenesis of Jueyin wind stroke is stomach deficiency in the middle jiao，retention of water and fluid，dysfunction in sanjiao， upper heat and lower cold， and disharmony between ying and wei qi. Jueyin wind stroke and shaoyang wind stroke are both half-exterior half-interior diseases，but have differences in abnormal exuberance of yin or yang.
