Abstract：Perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR) seriously affects the quality of life of patients. This paper discusses the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PAR from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment， external treatment and combined treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has the characteristics of safety， effectiveness and simplicity， and should give full play to its therapeutic advantages and promote its application in the treatment of PAR.
