Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yixinshu granule combined with trimetazidine for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods：A total of 98 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method，with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given trimetazidine， and the study group was given Yixinshu granule combined with trimetazidine. The treatment lasted for two weeks. After treatment， clinical effects， improvement of angina pectoris symptoms，and levels of triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC)，D-dimer(D-D)，high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)， and fibrinogen(Fib) were observed in the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 97.96% in the study group，and 85.71% in the control group，the difference being significancet(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the attack time and frequency of angina pectoris between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after treatment，the attack time and frequency of angina pectoris in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of TG and TC in serum between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after treatment，levels of TG and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of D-D，hs-CRP and Fib between the two groups(P＞0.05)；after treatment，levels of D-D，hs-CRP and Fib in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Yixinshu granule combined with trimetazidine for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively reduce attack time and frequency，improve levels of D-D，hs-CRP and Fib in serum，and lower blood lipid level.
