Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of magnetic resonance thermal combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the experiment group and the control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets, and the experiment group was additionally given magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects, the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment and the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain, abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass were compared between the two groups. Results:After three weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% in the experiment group and 76.7% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After three weeks of treatment, the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P< 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain, abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which can relieve clinical symptoms and shorten the improvement time of lumbosacral lower abdominal pain, abnormal leucorrhea and pelvic mass.
