Abstract：Fuzheng anticancer method of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in clinic，and the traditional Chinese medicine prescription formulated according to its treatment method has also achieved certain clinical efficacy. It is found that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection plays an anti-tumor therapeutic role by improving immune cell function，inducing tumor cell apoptosis，promoting DNA damage repair of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells，regulating the expression of drugresistant proteins and regulating related signal pathways. This paper systematically combs the relevant literature in recent years，and summarizes the research on the mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in tumor treatment，so as to provide reference for further basic research and clinical application.
