Abstract：Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common complications of diabetic patients，and its prognosis is poor. It is one of the main causes of death in diabetic patients. The treatment of diabetic nephropathy is relatively simple. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has various treatment methods for diabetic nephropathy，which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve renal function，and have clear therapeutic effects on different stages of diabetic nephropathy. This article collects the literatures on TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy，summarizes and analyzes the research progress of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy，hoping to provide new ideas for TCM treatment.
