Abstract：This paper is to discuss and analyze the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric hyperhidrosis. The treatment of pediatric hyperhidrosis is often to nourish yin， or to supplement qi， or to strengthen the spleen. According to clinical findings， Chinese medicine practitioners apply point combination on zhongwan(RN 12) and guanyuan(RN 4) points and supplement the center and harmonize the stomach to develop the root，and harmonize yin and yang to consolidate original qi. Meanwhile， by identifying the constitution of children and based on developing the root and consolidating original qi， the combination of differentiating disease， syndrome and constitution can be achieved so as to provide reference for point selection，and regulate the children's constitutions，which can fundamentally improve pediatric hyperhidrosis.
