Abstract：Summarizes the clinical experience of Professor GU Nailong in the treatment of breast cancer. Professor GU Nailong believes that breast cancer is the syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in tip，with liver depression and spleen deficiency being the root and phlegm turbidity，static blood and toxic pathogen being the tip. The treatment is mainly based on the principle of soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen，with modified Xiaoyao powder or Danggui Shaoyao powder being the prescriptions. In the course of treatment， attention should be paid to adjusting mood and rationally selecting couplet medicines.
