Abstract： Recurrent spontaneous abortion belongs to the category of abortion and slippery fetus in traditional Chinese medicine. At present，the new trend of clinical treatment of this disease is to use integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The basic method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen is the foundation of acquired constitution and is closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion. From the perspective of the spleen， the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is an important treatment commonly used in clinic.
