Abstract： Objective： To explore the traditional processing method of actinolite and its enlightenment to modern processing method. Methods：The combination of literature research and practice was used. Results：The textual research results of ancient literature showed that actinolite was rarely used in decoction，mostly pill powder. The pulverizing method is mainly grinding fine water processing. The calcination method is to calcine the crucible open to red. After calcination， rice wine quenching is the most commonly used. Vinegar， water and donkey whip juice are also useful. It is also common for actinolite to be boiled or soaked in yellow rice wine. Occasionally， it is boiled in slurry water. The Shengyang stone lifting method is the rising refining method. The light yellow translucent material is obtained by the Tiren Huibian method， and a small amount of white powder is obtained by the Yimen Mizhi method. The former contains camphor sublimation component，while the latter is obtained from the sublimation of single actinolite. The specific components of the two need to be further studied. Conclusion：The traditional medicine of actinolite is rarely used in decoction. Whether the clinical method of decoction and alcohol precipitation extraction is scientific is debatable.
