Abstract： Through the analysis of the relevant articles in the chapter of asthenia disease in Jinkui Yaolve， this paper explores the application of Zhang Zhongjing's idea of treating asthenia disease in the treatment of advanced oral cancer. It is considered that advanced oral cancer belongs to asthenia disease，and its pathogenesis is the loss of spleen and kidney，the combination of phlegm，blood stasis and toxin. Clinically，advanced oral cancer and its common complications can be treated by tonifying the spleen and kidney，transforming cancer and detoxification.
