Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of anal pad with Kubai power on the treatment of anal eczema. Methods：A total of 100 patients with anal eczema were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of 1∶ 1， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，and the observation group was treated with a pad containing Kubai powder at the anus. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 98.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 86.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). Compared with those before treatment， the severity of anal skin lesions， itching degree，skin lesion area in both groups were decreased after treatment(P＜0.05). Compared with those in the control group after treatment， the above indexes in the observation group after treatment were lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Anal pad with Kubai power has a better therapeutic effect on the treatment of anal eczema than the conventional western medicine，and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.
