Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhike Qutan tang combined with ambroxol hydrochloride for mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine basic and symptomatic treatment; the control group was given intravenous infusion with ambroxol hydrochloride injection, and the observation group was additionally treated with Zhike Qutan tang based on the treatment of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time in the two groups were compared; the levels of soluble B7 homologous 3(sB7-H3) in serum were detected; the clinical effects and the incidences of adverse reactions were evaluated. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 70.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The antipyretic time, the disappearance time of lung rales and coughing, and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of sB7-H3 levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After one course of treatment and two courses of treatment respectively, sB7-H3 levels in the two groups were gradually decreased, and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same time point, differences being significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Zhike Qutan tang combined with ambroxol hydrochloride for mycoplasma pneumonia has a good curative effect, and can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce sB7-H3 levels.
