Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effect of Naoxintong capsules combined with western medicine for acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its effect on serum cyclophilin A(CyPA). Methods: A total of 90 cases of ACI patients were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Naoxintong capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment, the changes in coagulation function indexes including serum thrombin time(PT) , D- dimer(DD) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel indexes as well as levels of inflammatory factors including monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP- 1), hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and CyPA in the two groups were compared. The incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 97.78% in the treatment group,higher than that of 82.22% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of PT and APTT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and DD levels were decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of PT and APTT in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and DD level was lower, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment and Barthel indexes were increased,differences being significant(P<0.05);NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and Barthel index was higher,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and CyPA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.89% in the control group and 4.44% in the treatment group, there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Naoxintong capsules combined with western medicine has a good curative effect in the treatment of ACI, which can effectively improve coagulation function and ability of daily living, promote the recovery of neurological function,and reduce the degree of inflammation.
