Abstract：Proinflammatory factors widely exist in central and peripheral tissues. They are one of the important cytokines involved in the occurrence of degenerative diseases of the nervous system. In recent years，it has been found that it can be related to inflammatory pathway， oxidative stress process， Iron death and other related targets are involved in Parkinson disease(PD). The occurrence and development of PD has become the entry point to study the pathogenesis of PD. With the gradual infiltration of the research on proinflammatory factors in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology， it provides a strong basis for the clinical treatment of PD. This paper summarizes the occurrence process of proinflammatory factors and PD and the clinical treatment of medical intervention in recent years，so as to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis research and treatment of PD.
