Abstract： The Chinese herbal fumigation of governor vessel can warm and nourish the yang qi of the body as well as promote stagnated qi and blood，so as to achieve the effect of calming the zang-fu organs and warming and unblocking qi and blood. Besides， it can supplement and warm the kidney yang， fortify the spleen and dispel dampness， nourish and invigorate blood and regulate conception，thoroughfare and uterus vessels. It can be used to treat gynecological diseases of yang deficiency， cold- dampness and stasis and stagnation types. For pre- pregnancy health care， the Chinese herbal fumigation can improve pre-pregnancy constitution. For infertility，it can regulate the balance of yin and yang of the kidney， promote the circulation of qi and blood，and improve the clinical pregnancy rate. For chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，it can invigorate blood and remove stasis， warm the meridian and dissipate the cold， regulate qi and relieve pain， which is conducive to the dissipation and absorption of lesions of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
