    目的:观察参麦注射液联合肌电生物反馈训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取94 例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47 例。2 组均进行常规吞咽功能训练,对照组在此基础上采用肌电生物反馈仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液治疗,2 组均治疗4 周。比较2 组治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分、吞咽功能评分及表面肌电信号(sEMG);比较2 组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2 组洼田饮水试验、吞咽功能评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组洼田饮水试验、吞咽功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2 组sEMG 均较治疗前增强(P<0.05),观察组sEMG 强于对照组(P<0.05)。经秩和检验,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(Z=4.029,P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合肌电生物反馈训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍,有助于改善患者的吞咽功能,提高治疗效果。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with electromyographic biofeedback training for dysphagia after stroke. Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine swallowing function training; the control group was additionally treated with myoelectric biofeedback apparatus,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenmai injection based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The scores of water swallow test and swallowing function and the surface electromyography(sEMG) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the scores of water swallow test and swallowing function in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of water swallow test and swallowing function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the sEMG in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the sEMG in the observation group was stronger than that in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z =4.029,P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenmai injection combined with electromyographic biofeedback training for dysphagia after stroke is helpful to improve swallowing function and curative effects.
