Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of modified Danggui Sini tang on circulating endothelial cells(CECs) after replantation of severed finger. Methods:A total of 60 patients receiving replantation of severed fingers were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was additionally given modified Danggui Sini tang based on the treatment of the control group. The survival rates of replantation,recovery situation and levels of CECs in the two groups were compared. Results:The survival rate of replantation was 96.67% in the observation group,higher than that of 76.67% in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of vascular crisis was 6.67% in the observation group,lower than that of 40.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the comfort scores were increased(P<0.05); after treatment,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score was lower(P< 0.05),and the comfort score was higher(P<0.05). The positive rates of CECs 48 hours,72 hours and 7 days after operation in the two groups were decreased when compared with that 12 hours after operation(P<0.05);the positive rates of CECs 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after operation in the observation group were lower than those at the same period in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of social function,physical function,material life and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of modified Danggui Sini tang can improve the survival rate of replantation after replantation of severed fingers and quality of life, reduce the incidence of vascular crisis,and promote the recovery of patients,whose mechanism may be related to the promotion of the recovery of microvascular endothelial by modified Danggui Sini tang.
