Abstract：Based on clinical literature research and clinical work experience，this paper tries to standardize and perfect the definition of fear of clod syndrome and the related diagnostic and therapeutic knowledge of treatment from yin. It is considered that the definition of fear of clod syndrome is not standardized. The syndrome is a common interior cold syndrome， and treating it from yin is a very important method of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
