Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao'er Resuqing granules combined with oseltamivir phosphate for influenza A virus pneumonia in children. Methods: A total of 86 cases of children with influenza A virus pneumonia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate, and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao'er Resuqing granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. The clinical effects, the onset time of fever clearance, the complete fever clearance time and the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC) count and T- lymphocytes in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of CRP and WBC in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The onset time of fever clearance and the complete fever clearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65% in the observation group, and 2.33% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiao'er Resuqing granules combined with oseltamivir phosphate for influenza A virus pneumonia in children is safe and effective, which can improve clinical symptoms and immune function, and inhibit inflammatory responses.
