Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Guben tang combined with acupoint injection for chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting(CINV). Methods： A total of 96 cases of CINV patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint injection，and the observation group was additionally treated with Fuzheng Guben tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were observed. Before and after treatment，the changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores，immune function of T-lymphocytes(CD3+，CD4+，CD8+ and CD4 +/CD8 + )， scores of Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ- C30) and Karnofsky Performance Score(KPS) in the two groups were compared. The incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate of clinical effect was 97.92% in the observation group，higher than that of 79.17% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the values of T lymphocyte subsets including CD3+，CD4+，CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，and the above four values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of QLQ-C30 and KPS in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，and the above two scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After monitoring on blood pressure，liver function and blood and urinary routine in the two groups，there was redness and swelling in the injection place in two cases in the control group and one case in the observation group，which was induced by poor drug absorption after diagnosis and treatment. After symptomatic hot compress， it did not affect the study， and no other abnormalities were found. Conclusion：Fuzheng Guben tang combined with acupoint injection for CINV can improve clinical effect，immunity，quality of life and relieve clinical symptoms，with higher treatment safety.
