Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder combined with lodized lecithin tablets for vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected as the research objects，and were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method，with 44 cases in each group. The control group(47 eyes) was given lodized lecithin tablets treatment， and the experiment group(49 eyes) was additionally treated with modified Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. The changes in visual acuity before and after treatment in the two groups were compared； the absorption effect of vitreous hemorrhage and the recovery effect of visual acuity in the two groups were observed. Results： After eight weeks of treatment， the visual acuity in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment， and the visual acuity in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After eight weeks of treatment， the total effective rate of absorption of vitreous hemorrhage was 95.45% in the experiment group，higher than that of 81.82% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After eight weeks of treatment， the total effective rate of recovery of visual acuity was 93.18% in the experiment group， higher than that of 77.27% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of modified Xiaoyao Siwu tang and Shixiao powder combined with lodized lecithin tablets for vitreous hemorrhage of qi stagnation and blood stasis type has a significant clinical effect，and can improve the visual acuity of patients，and enhance the absorption effect of vitreous hemorrhage and the recovery effect of visual acuity.
