Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tiaomian Yangxue prescription combined with western medicine for recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods： A total of 60 cases of pregnant women with recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with progesterone and low molecular weight heparin， and the observation group was additionally treated with Tiaomian Yangxue prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores，hormone levels，pregnancy success rate and adverse reactions were observed. Results：The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 70.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). At eight weeks of pregnancy， Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). At eight weeks of pregnancy，the levels of progesterone(P)，human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) in serum and estrogen(E2) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the above hormone levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The success rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 90.00% in the observation group， higher than that of 73.33% in the control group， the difference being significant(χ 2=4.320，P=0.038). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the observation group，lower than that of 26.67% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Tiaomian Yangxue prescription combined with western medicine has a significant clinical effect in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion，and can improve clinical symptoms，hormone levels and pregnancy success rate，which is safe and reliable.
