Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Reduning combined with ganciclovir on serum inflammatory factors and lymphocyte subsets in children with viral encephalitis. Methods:A total of 124 children with viral encephalitis were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ganciclovir, and the study group was additionally treated with Reduning based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and lymphocyte subsets and neurological function improvement in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10) and CD8+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were increased(P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and CD8+ in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Reduning combined with ganciclovir for children with viral encephalitis can effectively control the inflammatory responses and recover the levels of T lymphocyte subsets.
