Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine for lochiorrhea after cesarean section of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods： A total of 94 cases of puerpera after cesarean section were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method， with 47 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with cefradine granules and oxytocin injection， and the treatment group was additionally given oral administration of Yiqi Huoxue prescription. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The hemostasis rate，hemostatic time，symptom scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results：After two-week treatment，the total effective rate was 100% in the control group and 87.23% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The hemostasis rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05)， and the average hemostatic time was shorter(P＜0.01). The symptom scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.01)， and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine has a significant curative effect in treating lochiorrhea after cesarean section， which can effectively shorten bleeding time and is helpful to postpartum rehabilitation.
